NOTICE OF AUCTION OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY
The New York State Thruway Authority (NYSTA), by this notice dated July 31, 2024, is hereby inviting the submission of sealed bids to purchase a single parcel of real property (Real Property Reference No. TN23-1) which is opposite Interchange 18 on-off ramps, north of NY Route 299, west of Old Route 299 and near mile post 76.45 of the Catskill Section (I-87) of the New York State Thruway in the Town of New Paltz, County of Ulster, State of New York.
Sealed bids must be received by NYSTA no later than 4:00 pm on August 22, 2024.
