Stephanie Robinson is the Associate Commissioner for Leasing Services within the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Real Estate. She oversees all operations of the Leasing Services team, is the primary lead for the agency’s lease portfolio, and manages our statewide tenant broker contract. The Leasing Services portfolio includes nearly 500 lease locations throughout the state and spans multiple services, including lease administration and audit, commercial lease management, space planning, lease compliance, and construction services.
Before joining OGS in 2017, Stephanie worked as the Director of Leasing for a private development company, handling all aspects of its commercial portfolio. She has held a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker license since 2013. Stephanie joined the State workforce in OGS Leasing Services through a series of positions, including Leasing Agent, Real Estate Specialist 2, and Real Estate Officer. With nearly twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate field, she brings extensive knowledge in leasing, project, and property management to this role.
