Best work benefit: Work-life balance! I get to work on cool projects every day but still can be home for dinner with my family every night.
Favorite part about working at D&C: The work culture. Everyone is fun, willing to work, and competent. Plus, no one is demanding that you stay late every night.
Proudest accomplishment: The amount I’ve learned from when I started here, straight out of college, to today. It’s unimaginable!
