Scott Sandwick

Associate Commissioner of Leasing Services

Scott Sandwick serves as the Associate Commissioner of Leasing Services for the Office of General Services where he manages OGS’s extensive portfolio of 13 million square feet of leasing space.

Scott comes to OGS with over 35 years of experience serving New York State, most recently as Director of Real Property and Capital Finance for the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, where he oversaw that agency's real estate portfolio and the capital financing of not-for-profit providers.

Scott holds a BA degree in psychology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
