A public bid opening will be webcast live from Albany at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 1.
Broker Commission: A 2.5 percent broker commission will be paid by the State of New York to a qualified real estate broker who represents the successful bidder at the time of closing.
Terms: A deposit of $47,000 in the form of a certified check or bank draft (made payable to "Commissioner of General Services") must be delivered to the address above.
