Due to COVID-19 and restrictions regarding public gatherings, all parties who intend to bid at the auction are required to pre-register. Parties attending the auction are limited to no more than three members, with exceptions at the discretion of OGS.  The pre-registration form must be submitted to OGS Legal Services email address at [email protected] by 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, with exceptions at the discretion of OGS. To complete this registration process, you will be required to show your cashier’s check deposit and government-issued identification to the Auctioneer at the auction site on June 15, 2021. Minimum Bid




$24,000 in certified check or bank draft only, drawn on a bank or other financial institution authorized to do business in the State of New York and made payable to the “Commissioner of General Services,” or yourself.


Additional Deposit

A non-refundable amount which when added to the initial deposit constitutes 10% of the successful bid; said amount is payable within ten business days after notification of acceptance of the bid.


Broker's Commission
