Eligibility to Participate in OGS Centralized Contracting Program

 

If you are interested in participating in the State Contract Extension Program, the appropriate Certification of Qualification form (located in the documents section of this page) must be completed and signed by the authorized representative of your organization.

Completion of the Certification of Qualification form does not guarantee eligibility. You will be notified of your acceptance and a Customer Identification Number will be assigned to you. 

 

Volunteer Fire and Ambulance:

Qualifying entities interested in participating in this program must submit the required Certification of Qualification form together with their mailing list application.

Additional certification is required. Please refer to General Municipal Law Sections 100 and 104, as amended, which allow certain New York voluntary fire companies and ambulance services to make purchases through the Office of General Services, purchases from other public contracts, and from certain federal contracts.

 

Charitable Organizations:

Chapter 741 of the Laws of 1985 as amended through Chapter 134 of the Laws of 1994 allows certain charitable organizations located in all counties of New York State to make purchases from commodity contracts awarded by the Office of General Services Procurement Services Group.

Qualifying entities interested in participating in this program must submit the required Certification of Qualification form.
