On behalf of the New York State (“NYS”) Office of General Services (“OGS”), Procurement Services requests comments from entities that manufacture, sell, or prepare transit buses to be distributed for sale in New York State.
Please review the Request For Comments (RFC) labeled ‘RFC_23033_Transit_Buses’ and the associated attachment ‘RFC_23033_TransitBusesSpecs’ carefully and submit completed responses no later than COB March 20, 2023 by email to [email protected]. Please submit any related questions to the same email address.
A response does not bind or obligate the responder or OGS to any agreement of provision or procurement of products referenced. No contract can or will be awarded based on submissions.
