- Oversee 15.5 million square feet of HVAC at the Empire State Plaza & Harriman Campus
- Operate & maintain 1500 HVAC Fan Systems in 300 machine rooms
- Keep the lights, heating, and cooling on for 18,000 NYS employees so that they can help New Yorkers
- Help New York reach energy policy goals
While most of our plant operations positions are in the Albany area, OGS also needs utilities workers at our buildings in Harlem, Brooklyn, Hauppauge, Binghamton, Watertown, Hornell, Syracuse, Utica, Poughkeepsie, Oneonta, and Hawthorne.
