A Summer Stage in Harlem sponsorship is an effective way for businesses and organizations to build positive relationships with customers and increase consumer recognition, all while supporting arts and cultural activities within the Harlem community. Make a difference this season by supporting the Summer Stage in Harlem's free concert series. The Office of General Services is committed to working with our sponsors in developing a package that is tailored to your company's goals and maximizes sponsorship dollars. 

In order to maintain the public safety and security of State property, its occupants and visitors during OGS sponsored special events, as well as to enhance the efficient and orderly operation of the facilities, until further notice, we are establishing special ground rules for the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building plaza.

The following special grounds rules will be in effect during special events at the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building:  No alcoholic beverages, coolers (defined as rigid insulated containers), or glass containers of any kind; animals or pets (excludes ADA-defined service animals) will be allowed.  Any type of recording of the performance or presentation is prohibited without prior written consent.  State Police or security personnel reserve the right to inspect any bag, container or package and confiscate any prohibited or illegal items.
