Proposal Information

Description:

This individual will support the Office of Inclusion & Employee Engagement to accomplish several important strategic goals, specifically:

Delivering high-quality HR programs and services which are responsive to the diverse needs of those we serve;

Increasing access and awareness to recruitment and retention opportunities for our workforce; and

Partnering with employees and stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of diversity & inclusion concepts into agency policies and practices.

In support of these strategic goals, this individual would be responsible for assisting with several priority projects including:

Partnering with OGS' Outreach Coordinator to identify targeted recruitment events and activities to help develop an inclusive and diverse workforce.

Evaluating and reviewing employee responses to Employee Exit & Retention surveys to inform business needs and best practices;

Reviewing current OGS policies and procedures and making recommendations for new or updated policies and procedures which may better support inclusion and accessibility; and

Identifying and developing content to support an all employee monthly Human Resources Newsletter highlighting current job openings, upcoming professional development, cultural celebrations and events, etc.
