Ten Companies Receive New York State Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Certification

Office of General Services Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced that the following ten businesses have recently been certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):  
 

• Trident General Contracting LLC, located in Bronx, NY, is a superstructure and foundation concrete contractor.
   
• Honey Guy LLC, located in Brooklyn, NY, is a reseller of honey products.
   
• KRP Electronics Inc., located in Farmingdale, NY, distributes and manufactures electronics.
   
• Office for the Next Environment Architecture DPC, located in New York, NY, specializes in architecture, engineering and surveying.
   
• Patriot Clipper Technologies LLC, located in West Winfield, NY, provides customized security technology and solutions.
   
• Ugensky Inc., located in Queens, NY, supplies clothing and textiles.
   
• The DramBok Group LLC, located in East Meadow, NY, specializes in construction management.
   
• TI Solution Inc, located in Princetown, NY, is a software developer and business analyst.
   
• Groundpoint Engineering PLLC, located in Woodstock, NY, provides high resolution topographic mapping.
   
• Jay Alan Construction LLC, located in Tarrytown, NY, specializes in asbestos abatement and demolition.
   

The Division was created by Governor Andrew Cuomo in May, 2014 with enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. As of June 20, 2019, a total of 666 businesses have been certified.

The Act promotes and encourages participation of SDVOBs in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
