We are delighted to announce that the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) is launching a vendor performance management tool called Procurated to better understand how our vendors are serving our customers. This tool provides an easy-to-use online performance review rating system that allows OGS contract users to submit a vendor performance evaluation and feedback. This information will help ensure our customers are receiving the best quality services.
You may receive an email or call from Procurated in the coming weeks to share your experiences with our vendors. When contacted, please take a moment to respond with your feedback. You may also provide a review at any time by selecting vendors on our custom landing page here.
