OGS has updated the List of Preferred Source Offerings Cover/Information Section, Section D, and the Electronic Services Application (ESA). This bulletin is a summary of updates and changes made to the List and ESA following the November 15, 2023, meeting of the NY State Procurement Council.

Updates to the Cover/Information Section of List of Preferred Source Offerings

The dollar threshold for OGS price review of Preferred Source contracts has been updated in accordance with SFL 162.

Updates to Section D of the List of Preferred Source Offerings

The NYS Procurement Council approved NYSID to offer Cleaning Services – Other Than Buildings. The NYS Procurement Council approved definition has been added and NYSID has been given a checkmark for this service.

Updates to the ESA for Preferred Source Services

OGS has revised the ESA Form 1 and Form 2 to add Cleaning Services – Other Than Buildings for NYSID. Formatting revisions were made to Form 3. The ESA Forms and How to Use guide are available at: https://ogs.ny.gov/procurement/preferred-sources
