OGS has updated the List of Preferred Source Offerings Section A and Section D. This bulletin is a summary of updates and changes made to the List following the September 13, 2023, meeting of the NY State Procurement Council.
Updates to the Cover/Information Section of List of Preferred Source Offerings
The dollar threshold for OGS price review of Preferred Source contracts has been updated in accordance with SFL 162.
Contact information for the Preferred Source Facilitating Entities has been updated.
Updates to Section A of the List of Preferred Source Offerings –
The NYS Procurement Council approved NYSID to offer an Oil Spill Response kit with Trailer. NYSID has been given a checkmark under the category of Spill Kit, Oil Response with Trailer.
OGS has approved two new commodities for Preferred Source Designation under our delegated authority from the NYS Procurement Council. NYSID has been given a checkmark for Air Purifiers, and NYSPSP has been given a checkmark for Flap Discs.
Updates to Section D of the List of Preferred Source Offerings
The NYS Procurement Council approved NYSID to offer Digital Accessibility and Usability Testing and Remediation Reporting Services (DAUTRRS). NYSID has been given a checkmark for this service.
The definition for Mail Fulfillment Services has been updated.
Updates to the Electronic Services Application (ESA) for Preferred Source Services
OGS has revised the Preferred Source Electronic Services Application Form 1 and Form 2 to add Digital Accessibility and Usability Testing and Remediation Reporting Services (DAUTRRS) for NYSID. Formatting revisions were made to the Overview and Form 4. The ESA Forms and How to Use guide are available at: https://ogs.ny.gov/procurement/preferred-sources-resources
