Pursuant to Invitation for Bids #23330, Section 4.13(B) – NYS Reserved Rights, the New York State Office of General Services is exercising its discretion to withdraw this Invitation for Bids.
Accordingly, the processing of the Invitation for Bids has been discontinued and no award recommendations will be made.
OGS does not intend to readvertise this Invitation for Bids.
Authorized Users are advised that it will now be necessary to procure these products on the open market or by using other procurement alternatives, including other OGS contracts where product overlap exists.
All procurements should be made in accordance with the applicable guidelines and statutory requirements. Authorized Users should consult their own legal or procurement staff for additional guidance.
