Please be advised that the New York State Office of General Service’s (OGS) contract for the eMarketplace with the provider Perfect Commerce, LLC D/B/A Proactis expires October 19, 2023. OGS does not intend to replace this contract.
Please take note of the following:
For Statewide Financial System (SFS) Users:
- No new requisitions may be created after September 15, 2023
- All requisitions must be sourced to a PO by COB September 22, 2023
After September 22, 2023, Agencies can continue to create requisitions and purchase orders in SFS for contract items previously available in the eMarketplace, but the connection to the eMarketplace will be disabled. If you have any questions about creating a requisition or purchase order in SFS, please contact the SFS Help Desk at [email protected].
For Non-SFS Users:
- No new Requests may be created after September 15, 2023
- All Orders must be submitted by COB September 22, 2023
- Effective immediately, no new eMarketplace registrations will be processed
- Those with existing eMarketplace registrations may log into the eMarketplace until October 19, 2023
