The New York State Procurement Council approved a revised version of Appendix A, Standard Clauses for All New York State Contracts, which is available on the OGS website at: http://www.ogs.ny.gov/purchase/BidTemplate/AppendixA.docx

Please be advised that the New York State Procurement Council added the following text to end of clause 3 of Appendix A:

However, such pre-approval shall not be required for any contract established as a centralized contract through the Office of General Services or for a purchase order or other transaction issued under such centralized contract.

Appendix A summarizes a number of federal and New York State Laws, rules and regulations that impact New York State procurements. Appendix A must be incorporated into all contracts subject to approval by the New York State Department of Law. Further, it must be incorporated into purchase orders in accordance with Office of the State Comptroller Bulletin G-167.
