Please note:

The New York State Procurement Council approved a revised version of Appendix A, Standard Clauses for All New York State Contracts, which is available on the OGS website at http://www.ogs.ny.gov/procurecounc/A_01.asp

Please be advised that the New York State Procurement Council, in consultation with the Attorney General’s office, adopted changes to clause 12 of Appendix A, on June 15, 2011. The changes relate to the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements placed upon contractors doing business with New York State agencies pursuant to New York State Executive Law Article 15-A and 5 NYCRR 143. Please commence utilizing the attached June 2011 version of Appendix A immediately.

Appendix A summarizes a number of federal and New York State laws, rules, and regulations that impact New York State procurements. Appendix A must be incorporated into all contracts subject to approval by the New York State Department of Law. Further, it must be incorporated into purchase orders in accordance with Office of the State Comptroller Bulletin G-167.
