OGS has updated the List of Preferred Source Offerings Sections A & D.
Updates to Section A of the List of Preferred Source Offerings
NYSPSP has been given a checkmark in the category of Tampons following approval of their Tampax Tampons, Regular, Bulk for Vending, 500/cs under OGS’s standing authority on February 3, 2025.
The category of Mouse Glue Pads has been revised to Mouse and Insect Glue Pads to better match the functionality of NYSPSP’s Catchmaster® 72MB Glue Boards, 8.5" X 5.25", 30 boards per case that were approved following a vote by the New York State Procurement Council on October 16, 2024.
NYSID has been given a checkmark for AB Series Rescue Boats, Trailer & Motor Packages following a vote by the New York State Procurement Council on February 5, 2025, to approve their AB Series Rescue Boat, Trailer & Motor Package-Includes: 14' Inflatable Boat, Trailer & 30 HP Motor with Rescue Pump Jet, AB Series Rescue Boat, Trailer & Motor Package-Includes: 14' Inflatable Boat, Trailer & 30 HP Motor with Propeller, & AB Series Rescue Boat, Trailer & Motor Package-Includes: 14' Inflatable Boat, Trailer, 30 HP Motor with Propeller & Prop Guard.
NYSID has also been given a checkmark in the category of COVID-19 & Flu A & B Test Kits following approval of their Speedy Swab 3-in-1 Rapid Self-Test for COVID-19 & Flu A & B Antigen, 10 Kits per Case under OGS’s standing authority on February 10, 2025.
Updates to Section D of the List of Preferred Source Offerings
The definition of Mail Fulfillment Services has been amended to include:
Sending electronic mail, text messages, and other electronic communications directly tied to mailing and document production tasks being performed.
The amended definition was approved following a vote by the New York State Procurement Council on February 5, 2025.
