OGS has updated the List of Preferred Source Offerings Sections A & D.
Updates to the Section A Section of List of Preferred Source Offerings:
NYSID was given a checkmark for Safety Jackets: Hi-Visibility following their December 18, 2023 approval for Lime/Black 2-Tone Mesh Lined X-Back Parka w Logo under OGS’ delegated authority from the New York State Procurement Council.
Updates to Section D of the List of Preferred Source Offerings:
The dollar threshold for OGS review in the Temporary Personnel - Office Additional Guidance document was updated to $100,000 to match the requirements in SFL §162.
