The List of Preferred Source Offerings (the “List”) has been updated to reflect the addition of new services, and other changes relevant to the Authorized Users of NYS contracts. This bulletin is a summary of updates and changes made to the List following the April 18, 2018 meeting of the NY State Procurement Council.

Updates to Section D of the List of Preferred Source Offerings

The NYS Procurement Council approved 3 definitions for Temporary Personnel at the April 18, 2018 meeting: Temporary Personnel – Bindery Workers, Temporary Personnel – Test Monitors and Proctors, and Temporary Personnel – Transportation Field Work.
