Description: Updates to the List of Preferred Source Offerings and Electronic Service Application

TO ALL STATE AGENCIES, PUBLIC AUTHORITIES, COMMISSIONS, PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATIONS OR POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK:

OGS has updated the List of Preferred Source Offerings Sections A.

Updates to Section A of the List of Preferred Source Offerings: NYSPSP has been given a checkmark in the category of Pedestrian Crosswalk Safety Systems per their prior approval dated August 29, 2001.

NYSPSP has also been given a checkmark for statewide sales of Mouse Glue Boards following a vote by the New York State Procurement Council on October 16, 2024 to approve their Catchmaster® 72MB Glue Boards, 8.5" X 5.25", 30 boards per case.

NYSID has been given a checkmark for Paper, 100% Recycled Copy Paper (Less Than Truckload Lots for delivery locations in Zone 1 Western NY Counties, Zone 2 Central NY Counties, and Zone 3 Northeastern NY Counties) following a vote by the New York State Procurement Council on October 16, 2024 to approve their Recycled 8.5” X 11” White Copy Paper-100% Post Consumer Recycled Content, Case of 5,000 Sheets-10-500 Sheet Reams for Zones 1, 2 & 3.

Updates to the Electronic Service Application: The Overview, and Forms 1-4 have been updated for formatting. Form 2 has also been updated to include revised Prevailing Wage language.
