Handling and response to the delivery of legal papers by a process server will depend on whether the legal process is addressed to the agency, an agency official or an individual OGS employee. OGS Legal Services will assist in identifying the appropriate action to be taken in each instance. All process servers should call (518) 474-5988 in advance of arrival to arrange for access to the Corning Tower of the Empire State Plaza and to confirm OGS Legal Services is authorized to accept such legal papers.
