Client Agency Information

Standard access to the DCNet Client Portal provides OGS Design & Construction clients access to:

• Up to Date Information on Projects
• Project Reports
• Billing Reports

To obtain standard access to the DCNet Client Portal, submit a request to the D&C Project Control group ogs.dl.d&[email protected].

Project Requestor access allows users access to all the features of Standard access but includes the following features:

• Submit Request for Services
• Review Request for Services

To become a Project Requestor, an approved Project Requestor from your agency must submit a request to the D&C Project Control group email address above on your behalf. Please reference this document for step-by-step instructions on how to set up your account, submit requests for services, and review requests for services utilizing this electronic process.

Client Survey Submissions

The Facility Planner can submit Client Surveys for projects, except for clients who have designated an alternate role for surveys. To update Facility Planners for your agency, please reach out to the D&C Project Control Group, ogs.dl.d&[email protected].

Note: Facility Planners are assigned by facility not on a project-by-project basis.
