- Scope: Construct a new 140,000-square-foot facility. Sitework includes extensive tree removal and grading, provision of utility services, development of a geothermal wellfield, security fencing, curbs and sidewalks, private roadways, parking for military and privately-owned vehicles, and stormwater management. The new building requires construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, audiovisual equipment, tele/data, wireless access point planning, electronic and physical security, fire detection and alarm systems, kitchen services, and more. In addition to the primary facility, construction will include an unheated storage facility.
