Project No. 47586: Provide Building Alterations & Tenant Fit-Out – New York State Police, Albany, NY, Project-Labor Agreement (PLA)

- Scope: The existing office building at 17 Corporate Woods Boulevard, Albany, NY, will be altered to serve as a Satellite Forensic Investigation Center for various Investigative Units of the New York State Police (NYSP). The work of the project will include the reconfiguration and alterations of floor plans, Mechanical Electric and Plumbing (MEP) systems modifications to accommodate the needs of the program, upgrades to meet current NYS Building Code, landscape and site engineering services, design of a new IP based access control and security surveillance system including IP based voice communication and LAN based on NYSP standards, and partial restoration of parking surfaces including a new single-story parking structure with about 100 new parking spaces. The scope also includes the coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including laboratory equipment.
