- Estimated Cost: $3.3M
- Scope: Rehabilitate the East Branch Rest Area in Delaware County. Work includes upgrades to the existing toilet rooms, including provisions for accessibility, and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Envelope improvements include the replacement of existing siding, windows, and doors. Exterior work includes the replacement of the underground water treatment system with an above-ground system, replacement of the septic system, and sidewalks. The rest area is located between exits 90 and 89 on NY-17 WB.
