- Scope: At Building 102: replace the flat roof system, including flashings and insulation, and repair limited metal roofing damage. Repaint and repair egress doors and remove abandoned equipment. Provide metal coping, revised metal flashing; refurbish roof drains, raise vents, replace non-compliant ladder systems, repair fall protection system and rebuild steam blow off piping. At buildings 81, 82, 83: repair the existing metal roof system and re-coat. Repair roof hatches and reinspect lighting protection system. Replace flat EPDM roof, including flashings and insulation, and add high roof impact protection. Repaint and repair egress doors and remove abandoned equipment. Provide metal coping, and parapet flashing. Refurbish roof drains and raise vents.
