- Interior renovation of six adult living units and three shared dining spaces, focusing on reconfiguring these areas to improve safety, comfort, and functionality.
- Replace mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Provide ADA upgrades. The renovation aligns with the New York State Office of Mental Health's (OMH) adult design guidelines and the latest Patient Safety Standards.
