- Estimated Cost: $4M
- Scope: Decommission Gardner Hollow Brook Dam to a Class D structure. Remove a 20-foot section of the spillway and accumulated sediment and cut concrete to side slopes of 3:4 (V:H) to original grade of existing spillway. Remove existing low-level drain and gate house. Work also includes the decommissioning of the 1.5-mile-long water main, connecting Gardner Hollow Brook Dam to Green Haven Correctional Facility.
