Provide Elevator – Kirby Forensic Psychiatric Center, Wards Island, NY: C, H, P, E U
- Estimated Cost: $2,453,500M
- Scope: This project will provide a new elevator assembly within an existing elevator shaft which was constructed for future use. This elevator would be the fourth to complement the existing three elevators currently serving the A-Side of Dunlap Building 102. The scope includes installation of a complete elevator assembly in the existing 14-story "shell" shaft, including track rails, elevator cab and hoist cables, machine gear, controller, and emergency communications.
