The Data Analytics Office was established in 2023 to support data-driven, evidence-based operational decisions by ensuring data is as accessible and usable as possible. The office is establishing agency-wide data policies and working with OGS’s numerous business units on long-term, data-based strategies. The Data Analytics Office will measure performance and customer satisfaction in each of the agency’s business units and communicate these outcomes to our clients and the public.
