The New York State Digital and Media Services Center (DMSC) is a full-service solutions provider with unparalleled experience partnering with New York State agencies, authorities, and entities to meet their communications and digital needs. Simply put, we connect state agencies to the New Yorkers they serve.

The DMSC creates content that cuts through the noise and drives New Yorkers to learn more – from traditional PSAs and TikTok videos to bus wraps and Waze ads. We understand the unique needs of our state agency clients, and we value the opportunity to highlight programs, services, and initiatives that make an impact on our state.

Over the past year, our group has created and managed campaigns worth more than $17 million in ad buy budget. While our work speaks for itself, we also appreciate our recent accolades: our team was nominated for a New York State Emmy for the Virtual Visits series and won a New York State Broadcasters Association Excellence in Broadcasting Award for our annual PBS program honoring the work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

The New York State Digital Service is a team of strategists, product managers, and technologists working with agencies to streamline and improve the digital experience across New York State. We strive to create a community that works together to provide programs and services to New Yorkers in an efficient and user-friendly way.

The Digital Service team is part of the Digital and Media Services Center at the Office of General Services. We work closely with the Executive Chamber, the Office of Information Technology Services, and partner agencies to achieve their goals.
