The New York State Office of General Services Division of Design & Construction is currently preparing design and bid documents for a major new building construction project on behalf of the New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs. The proposed project is a 140,000-square-foot Division Headquarters building and campus for the 42nd Infantry Division, one of the U.S. Army’s 19 Divisions and one of only eight National Guard Divisions nationwide.
