OGS Design & Construction provides a full range of high-quality design, contracting, and construction management services to more than 50 State agencies and authorities. Design & Construction works with these agencies to design, procure, and construct projects to meet the agency’s capital programming needs. On average, Design & Construction bids on over 300 contracts per year, with a combined value of approximately $550 million, on behalf of these agencies.
