Best work benefit: Work-life balance because I can be there for my wife and kids. 
Favorite part about working at D&C: It’s the full package! I can get involved with great projects and excel in my career while still maintaining a work-life balance.
Proudest accomplishment: Putting together our DOT team and the team that reports to me. Building a bond within that team, so we can all work collaboratively, learn from each other, and keep our clients happy, is one of my biggest accomplishments.
