Best work benefit: Work-life balance so I can care for my son and parents while continuing to grow in my career. 
Favorite part about working at D&C: The people because they are smart, talented, driven, and hardworking. They come in every day and do the best that they can do. I don’t think it gets any better than that!
Proudest accomplishment: Making changes that positively impact employees, further helping to make D&C a better place to work!
