Executive Director of Real Property and Facilities Management
Bradley Hutton leads the Real Estate Division’s portfolio of Building Administration, Utilities Management, Parking Services, Asset Management and Planning, and Health Safety & Security ID.
Bradley first joined OGS in 2014 with Design and Construction, during his time with the group, he was part of the Executive Staff and Chief Scheduler. In 2021 he moved to Real Property and Facilities Management. While at OGS, he has helped lead and support major programs, and develop and expand scheduling and planning efforts. He now focuses on customer service and improving our facilities. Before joining OGS, Bradley worked in the private sector with a construction manager for 15 years.
Bradley received his Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University in Civil Engineering, is a New York State Professional Engineer, and LEED AP accredited.
