Description
This Solicitation is issued by the New York State (“NYS”) Office of General Services (“OGS”), Procurement Services to provide Authorized Users with a means of acquiring Products, associated accessories, parts for use in building, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of culverts and underdrain pipe and tubing as specified herein for all Authorized Users eligible to make purchases under the Contracts resulting from this Solicitation.
The scope of this solicitation includes only Products, associated accessories and parts, for use in building, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of culverts and underdrain pipe and tubing that fall under the New York State Department of Transportation (“NYSDOT”) Standard Specifications 706 & 707 series identified within the Solicitation.
Services are excluded from the scope of this Solicitation.
This Award has: 10% MBE, 10% WBE and 0% SDVOB goal requirements.
