Annemarie Garceau

Associate Commissioner for Support Services

Annemarie Garceau currently serves as the Associate Commissioner for Support Services. In this role, Annemarie provides leadership to a portfolio that provides a variety of essential services to state agencies, local municipalities, schools, emergency feeding organizations, and the public. Her portfolio includes Consolidated Warehousing & Distribution; Emergency Management and Planning; Food Distribution and Warehousing; Mail & Freight Services; Central Printing and the State and Federal Surplus Property Programs.

Over a 34-year career in state service, she has progressed steadily through a series of positions at OGS, including, but not limited to, Assistant Director of Food Distribution and Director of Food Distribution. During her tenure with Food Distribution, Annemarie was instrumental in streamlining processes for ordering food through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). She possesses extensive knowledge of Federal Regulations related to the Food Distribution Program.
