Fitness at the Plaza

Every Tuesday and Thursday, July 11 - August 31, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Located on the Grass Between Agency Buildings 2 and 3 *
Free and open to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience.

*Rain Location: Meetings Rooms - Empire State Plaza Convention Center

All participants are required to sign a waiver in order to participate. You may register for individual classes to sign the waiver in advance and to allow us to contact you regarding updates to the schedule. Walk-ins are always welcome. See registration below.

About the Classes

PIYO with Daryl Bart Fitness: Every Tuesday, July 11 - August 29

This low impact workout will leave your body looking long, lean & defined. We combine the essential mind/body practices of yoga and pilates, with the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement - no weights required. All fitness levels encouraged to participate. Notice your improvements in core strength and flexibility with each workout.

Instructor Daryl Bart is a life-long fitness enthusiast & Beachbody LIVE instructor: trained in PIYO, Insanity, Core de Force & Country Heat formats. BurnBabyBurn: HIIT and Sculpt with Diana: Every Thursday, July 13 - August 31

A perfect way to stay fit this summer! Burn mega-calories using interval training rounds that work all muscle groups with a key focus on abs, glutes, and shoulders. Class will incorporate kickboxing, core, and body weight exercises into each round for a total body sculpt. Participants need a mat and water.

Instructor Diana Centanni is a high-energy instructor with over 15 years individual and group fitness training experience in cycling, Pilates, kickbox, HIIT, and body sculpting. She's a Tough Mudder, Super Spartan, and experienced triathlete. Contact Diana at dcent0514@gmail.com
