Description
The purpose of this Contract is to provide State and Non-state agencies with a method to procure various types of Ultra-Low Sulfur (ULS) diesel and biodiesel fuel for on-road use only. The product shall be furnished, delivered and unloaded by the Contractor to Authorized Users' storage tanks, as specified herein.
