State surplus property is available for transfer to any other state agency up to 7 days after the paperwork is received by OGS and declared surplus. State agencies may register with the State Surplus Property Program to access the OGS surplus database and view available surplus items. Please complete the web application form (CS-217) and forward the completed form to the State Surplus Program.
