The New York State Office of General Services Real Estate Planning and Development (REPD) office provides a full range of core real estate services on behalf of other New York State agencies. This includes identifying and negotiating public or private space for agency use, providing space planning and construction oversight, and managing the sale of state surplus lands and properties.
